Each order is lovingly packed and shipped with care to ensure that you receive your natural hair care products in perfect condition.


1. Processing Time

Since all our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow us a little time to prepare your order.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days after placing your order

  • During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take an extra 1–2 days

You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai) 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹60–₹120 (based on location and order weight)

  • The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website or through our “Track Order” page on the site.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pincodes across India.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.


6. Order Delays or Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@amuvaah.com with your order number.
We’ll get in touch with the courier partner and resolve it as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address and contact details are correct when placing the order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we can:

  • Re-ship it (additional shipping charges apply), or

  • Cancel it (refund after deducting shipping fees).


8. International Shipping

Currently, AMUVAH ships only within India.
We’re working to enable international delivery soon — stay tuned! 🌍


9. Damaged or Leaked Packages

If your product arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof at amuvahgroup@gmail.com.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
