We take great care in crafting every product by hand using pure, natural, and herbal ingredients. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
As our products are handmade and personal-care based (like oils, shampoos, and sprays), we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
This is to maintain hygiene and ensure product safety for all our customers.
2. Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items
We only replace or refund items if they are:

Damaged or leaked during shipping, or

Incorrectly delivered (wrong product or quantity).
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos or video of the damaged/wrong product
Send the details to support@amuvaah.com
Once verified, we will issue:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (such as bank, UPI, or card).
Please note:
Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
To cancel, email us immediately at amuvahgroup@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or discount vouchers

Items purchased during special sales or promotions
6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
