Reading together, privately

This app is designed for children aged 2–6 to enjoy with a parent or caregiver. Stories, covers, music and sound effects are bundled in the Android app and played on your device. We do not collect a child’s name, age, email address, location, photos, microphone recordings or reading history. There is no account registration, chat, user upload, advertising SDK or analytics SDK.

Google Play purchases

An adult can buy an optional annual subscription through Google Play after confirming the “For parents only” notice. Google handles payment and account information under its own policies. The app receives product identifiers, purchase status, a purchase token and signed purchase information to verify and restore access. We do not receive card details or operate a purchase database on an AMUVAH server. Google Play may process purchase and diagnostic information under its policies and your device settings.

Information on your device

The app stores a signed purchase record and the last verification time locally for subscription access, including up to 24 hours of offline access after a successful check. Android app backup is disabled. Clearing app storage removes these local records; Restore purchases can check your subscription again. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.

Parents and support

The “For parents only” notice asks users to confirm before opening purchase and subscription-management controls. It is a reminder, not age verification or a child-resistant lock. It does not collect a date of birth. Parents should supervise use and control the device’s Google Play purchase authentication settings.

If you contact amuvahgroup@gmail.com, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and retain correspondence only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping. Please do not send children’s personal information. You can request deletion of support information by contacting the same address; we will explain any information we must retain.

Choices and changes

Three stories remain free without a purchase. You can stop audio at any time, clear local app storage, uninstall, and manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. We will update this policy and its effective date if the app’s data practices change.
