Free preview
All 11 learning modules are available for a 3-day (72-hour) introductory preview. No payment details or subscription enrolment are required to start this preview. It does not automatically charge you when it ends.
After the preview, ABC Tracing remains free. The other modules require an active Pro subscription.
Pro subscription
In India, Pro costs ₹199 per year. Parents can purchase Pro during or after the preview through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the applicable price and terms before you confirm.
Once purchased, the annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. The free preview itself does not enrol you in this subscription.
Restore purchases
Use the Google Play account that purchased Pro, connect to the internet, open the app’s Parents area and choose Restore. Pending payments do not unlock paid access.
Manage or cancel
Open Parents → Manage subscription in Google Play, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next annual charge. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s applicable policies.
Pausing and offline access
If Google Play offers a pause, it takes effect after the current paid period. Paid benefits are unavailable while paused. Resume through Google Play.
Purchase verification requires internet access periodically. Previously verified paid access may remain available offline for up to 24 hours. Reconnect and restore if access cannot be confirmed.
Sound and technical support
Check the app’s sound setting and your device volume. Spoken labels need a suitable installed offline Android voice.
For help, email info@amuvah.com with the app version, device model and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or children’s personal information.
