Learning for Kids – Privacy Policy

Learning for Kids is provided by Amuvah Group. It offers educational activities for young children, with purchases and settings managed by parents. The app has no advertising, child accounts, chat or public sharing features.

Information stored on your device
The app stores introductory preview timing and purchase-verification information locally. This may include Google Play purchase records, purchase tokens, acknowledgement status and verification timestamps. These records help determine access to paid features. Drawing and activity state are not uploaded to a service operated by us. App backup and device transfer are disabled in this version.

Clearing app data or uninstalling removes locally stored app information. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Google Play purchases and diagnostics
Optional subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Google handles the payment interface and payment details. Our app does not ask you to enter payment-card details directly. Google Play Billing also sends technical events automatically when the app connects or reconnects to Google Play, checks product or purchase information, or starts and completes checkout. These events may include a random app/client-instance identifier, device model and operating-system details, app and SDK versions, language, time zone, network type and event timestamps. They are sent to Google for billing performance analysis and diagnostics, including before a purchase, and there is no in-app opt-out. This does not include children’s drawings, tracing paths or answers to learning activities. Google handles the received information under its privacy policies.”

The app communicates with Google Play to obtain subscription information, check purchases and acknowledge completed purchases. The Google Play Billing library also sends billing events and technical diagnostic information, such as response codes and diagnostic messages, to Google.

Speech and external links
Spoken labels use an installed Android voice that reports offline support. Speech may be unavailable if a suitable voice is not installed. The speech provider has its own privacy practices.

Parent-controlled links may open Google Play, support pages or artwork attribution websites. These services have their own privacy policies.

Permissions
The app uses network connectivity and Google Play billing permissions for purchase functions. It does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or advertising-identifier access.

Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this to respond to your request. Please do not send children’s personal information, passwords or payment credentials.

You can request access to or deletion of your support correspondence by emailing info@amuvah.com. Google manages its own purchase records under its policies. Local app information can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling.
