Your CAD files stay on your device

The app opens the local 3DM and STL files you select and processes them on your device. We do not upload your CAD files, model geometry, measurements, stone selections or costing inputs to our servers. We do not operate a CAD storage backend.

Information stored locally

The app stores preferences and model annotations, including stone assignments, shapes and colours, on your device. A fingerprint calculated from a file identifies its saved annotations. These fingerprints and annotations are not sent to us. Temporary images may be created when you export a view.

The Android app can store a signed Google Play purchase record and the time it was last checked to support subscription access, including limited offline access. These records are not sent to an AMUVAH server. Android app backup is disabled in this version. Clearing app storage removes locally saved app information. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Google Play purchases

Optional Android PRO subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Google processes payment, account and transaction information under its own policies. The app obtains purchase status, product identifiers, a purchase token and signed purchase information to check and restore access. We do not receive your payment card details. Internet access is required for checkout and subscription checks. See Google’s privacy policy and our subscription terms.

Sharing and support

If you export or share an image, your selected app or destination receives the content you choose to share and handles it under its own policies. The viewer does not automatically send exports to us.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your request and retain correspondence only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping. You may request deletion by emailing us; we will explain any information we must retain. Do not email confidential CAD designs unless you intend to share them with support.

Analytics, advertising and accounts

This version has no AMUVAH account registration, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. Google Play and your device may separately process store, purchase or diagnostic information according to their settings and policies.

Your choices

You choose which files to open and where to share exports. You can remove locally saved information by clearing the app’s storage. Your original CAD files remain in the location where you saved them. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Contact us about information you have sent to support.
